Family Reintegration is an intervention program designed specifically to support children and youth who are returning home from placement. Staff work with the youth and families to strengthen and support the capacity for the child remaining at home. Each family is assigned a counselor who assists in developing rules and structure in the home, while linking the family with needed supports and resources. The Counselor also offers assistance with strengthening parenting skills and connecting the family with outside support and family-building activities.
